According to an initial, single report, Israeli authorities are investigating whether a Flydubai pilot attempted to crash a flight bound for Tel Aviv. The incident unfolded on a Wednesday, as the Boeing 737 MAX 8, on its route from Dubai to Tel Aviv as Flight FZ 1073, lost thousands of meters in altitude in about a minute. This alarming drop led to an emergency landing at Tabuk Airport in northwestern Saudi Arabia. Thankfully, all passengers were reported safe.
