Denton County Woman Charged in Family Stabbing Incident
A woman is accused of stabbing her husband and two young children in their home.

A Denton County woman, Holly Leeann Flores, has been charged with two counts of attempted capital murder and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following a stabbing incident involving her family. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence on the 1200 block of Daylily Drive.
According to reports, officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 4:20 a.m. after receiving a call from a male subject who claimed his wife had a knife and had stabbed him. Upon arrival, officers detained an adult female, later identified as 37-year-old Holly Leeann Flores.
Inside the home, officers found a 34-year-old man with stab wounds to the head and two young children, ages three years and ten months, with stab wounds to the chest. Emergency services transported the injured man and children to a hospital in Fort Worth for treatment.
Flores was also taken to a Denton hospital for observation and possible injuries. After being treated and released, she was taken into custody and transported to the Denton County Jail.
The Northlake police have stated that the investigation into the incident is ongoing. The charges against Flores are serious, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
