The United States has announced a series of international initiatives during the United Nations General Assembly High Level Week, under the leadership of President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. The initiatives focus on three main priorities: Peace, Prosperity, and the Primacy of nations, according to a press release from the U.S. State Department.

Peace Initiatives

As part of its commitment to peace, the U. S. announced steps to impose visa restrictions on 32 individuals involved in cybercrime activities, primarily linked to the Prince Group, a transnational criminal organization.

The Prince Group has been previously sanctioned by the U. S. for defrauding Americans.

In addition, the U. S. is working to end the war in Sudan and address the humanitarian crisis there.

The State Department also facilitated the repatriation of Syrian antiquities in collaboration with the New York Manhattan District Attorney's Office and Homeland Security Investigations. This move follows President Trump's decision to normalize relations with Syria.

The U. S. also returned 15 antiquities valued at nearly $3 million to Greece, emphasizing the importance of combating the trafficking of looted artifacts, which funds criminal networks and terrorists.

Furthermore, the U. S. co-sponsored a joint statement led by Bahrain calling for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

Prosperity Initiatives

On the prosperity front, the U.S. announced an additional $267 million in assistance for the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. This funding aims to enhance Ebola treatment units, burial teams, and surveillance efforts.

The State Department launched an online tip portal to combat fraud and misuse of U. S. visas, aiming to protect the U.

S. economy and national security. Additionally, the U.

S. initiated the Andes-Atlantic Corridor with Argentina to modernize infrastructure connecting Argentina's economy to Atlantic ports.

Secretary Rubio and Italian Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani signed a Memorandum of Understanding on critical minerals cooperation, aiming to build secure supply chains.

A new public-private partnership, the Network for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NExT), was launched to empower global entrepreneurs with American Super Intelligence technology. The initiative involves major tech companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft.

The U. S. also signed 19 new countries onto a framework to foster a pro-growth regulatory environment, aligning Super Intelligence supply chains with the U.

S. and Pax Silica economies.

Additional Initiatives

First Lady Melania Trump's initiative, Fostering the Future Together, secured new tech partnerships to benefit children. Additionally, the Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund was launched with $201 million in U.S. government funding, alongside a nearly $200 million commitment to support the Trump Route for International Peace.

These initiatives underscore the U.S. commitment to leading with strength and purpose at the United Nations, focusing on achieving tangible results for peace and prosperity globally.
