A joint operation between the Dallas Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service, known as Operation 10/90, has resulted in the arrest of more than 100 individuals in recent months. The operation specifically targets violent offenders who are likely to reoffend, aiming to reduce crime by focusing on the 10% of individuals responsible for making life dangerous for the other 90%.

On Tuesday, officials announced that 102 arrests have been made through this collaborative effort. Among these arrests, 72 were for felony charges, and 71 warrants were served, 44 of which were felony warrants. Since its inception in 2025, Operation 10/90 has led to over 800 arrests.

One notable arrest from the operation is that of 19-year-old Mysiah Clark. Clark is accused of shooting and killing Erma Shalansia Qualls in Forney in July 2026. Additionally, Clark was previously arrested and charged last year with the murder of 15-year-old Charles Robinson.

The operation, which has been ongoing for over a year, continues to focus on apprehending individuals involved in violent crimes, contributing to the safety and security of the Dallas community. The collaboration between the Dallas Police and the U.S. Marshals Service highlights the importance of joint efforts in tackling crime and ensuring justice is served.
