Federal Indictment Against Former School Principal and Teacher

Michael Raymond Roell and Wendy Bailey are charged in a scheme involving employment under false pretenses.

On September 16th, a federal grand jury indicted Michael Raymond Roell, also known as Johnathan Michael, and Wendy Bailey on seven counts. Wendy Bailey, who once served as principal of Crosby Elementary School in Forney ISD, is accused alongside Roell in a scheme. The indictment alleges they concealed Roell's prior history of alleged abuse and misconduct, enabling him to secure a position as a special-education teacher within the district.
