Artemis III Crew Visits NASA's Kennedy Space Center

On September 2, 2026, NASA astronaut Randy Bresnik and ESA astronaut Luca Parmitano reviewed the solid rocket booster integration at Kennedy Space Center's Vehicle Assembly Building in Florida. They were joined by NASA astronauts Andre Douglas, Frank Rubio, and Bob Hines, marking the first complete crew and backup crew visit for the upcoming Artemis III mission. This mission will launch four crew members aboard the Orion spacecraft to perform key objectives in low Earth orbit. These objectives are crucial for testing systems needed for future lunar missions, starting with Artemis IV.
