At 358 PM MST, Doppler radar was tracking a shower near Usery Mountain Park, or near Apache Junction, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Mesa, Apache Junction, East Mesa, Salt River Tubing Recreation Area, Goldfield, Saguaro Lake, Lost Dutchman State Park, Usery Mountain Park, Goldfield Ranch, Canyon Lake, Superstition Mountains, Granite Reef Dam, Gold Camp, Falcon Field Airport and Tortilla Flat. Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
