IMPACT...Expect damage to trees, roofs, and siding. Locations impacted include... State College, Lock Haven, Bellefonte, Park Forest Village, Carroll, Woodward, Boalsburg, Pleasant Gap, Lamar, Stormstown, Lemont, Zion, Houserville, Warriors Mark, Mill Hall, Pine Grove Mills, Milroy, Avis, Dunnstown and Flemington. This includes the following highways... Interstate 80 between mile markers 139 and 194. Interstate 99 between mile markers 56 and 85. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.
