Fire weather zone 593 North Kings River. Fire weather zone 594 Sequoia Kings. Fire weather zone 595 Lake Isabella. Elevations from 4,000 feet and above. * TIMING...Until 10 PM PDT this evening. * WINDS...East winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum relative humidity between 15 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the field of this Red Flag Warning. A Red Flag Warning is issued when we identify weather conditions that promote rapid spread of fire which may become life- threatening. This does not mean there is a fire.
