Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 inches have already fallen across Guam today. Invest 95W continues to linger just off the east coast of Guam and is producing heavy rainfall over the island.
