Jackson... and Tillman counties. Upstream points in Kiowa County may see flooding several hours before the crest reaches the Headrick area. The flood crest reaches downstream points near Tipton much later. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this morning and continue falling. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
