Agricultural lands... oil wells... and water wells located near the river banks are inundated or cut off for several hours... by water in side channels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 7.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 18.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
