The areas most affected are low-lying agricultural and suburban areas... oilfield facilities... and local roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall. - Action stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternative route.
