The areas most affected are low-lying agricultural and suburban areas... oilfield facilities... and local roads. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.5 feet this afternoon. - Action stage is 11.0 feet. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
