This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
