Southwest to west winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph. * WHERE...Ritzville, Pullman, Grand Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur, La Crosse, Tekoa, Quincy, Airway Heights, Rosalia, Colfax, Cheney, Coulee City, Downtown Spokane, Ephrata, Fairfield, Badger Mountain Road, Creston, Moses Lake, Rockford, Othello, Harrington, Davenport, Oakesdale, Mansfield, Uniontown, Spokane Valley, and Waterville. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility. Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility below one mile. If you encounter blowing dust or blowing sand on the roadway or see it approaching, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park.
