Operation No Doze Tackles COVID Loan Fraud

DOJ targets SBA loan fraud with $245M in intended taxpayer losses.

Federal prosecutors, along with the Justice Department's National Fraud Enforcement Division, are taking significant steps to combat fraud in COVID-era loan programs. Called Operation No Doze, this initiative is part of a broader Heartland Fraud Surge. The operation targets those who have attempted to defraud the Small Business Administration's loan programs, with intended losses reaching $245 million.
