Guatemalan National Pleads Guilty to False Sponsorship

Gladys Marina Caal Chen, a 21-year-old from Guatemala, has pleaded guilty today to submitting false information on a sponsorship application. This application was sent to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement. The aim was to obtain custody of an unaccompanied minor.
