Five residents from Hartford are facing federal charges for their alleged roles in a kidnapping and ransom case. Tyquan Dechalus, known as 'Ty Ty' or 'Kuzzo Ty' at 26 years old, Michael Phillip Squirewell, also called 'Hoola' or 'Trench Monkey,' who is 30, Dwayne Graham, going by 'Bizzy' and 24 years old, Nickolaz Robinson, known as 'Luck' or 'Lucky,' who is 23, and Diamond Fuentes, also called 'Didi' or 'Lil Belly,' at just 19, are implicated. The charges stem from an incident that took place in January 2026.
