These claims were linked to the company's failure to produce specific infant formula and nutritional therapy products as required. The products were made at Abbott's facilities in Sturgis, Michigan, and Casa Grande, Arizona between January 2018 and December 2022. The manufacturing processes allegedly did not meet federal and state statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
