Rules version 1, in effect since October 2, 2026.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or subscription will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of the Sponsor, its affiliates and promotion partners, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
Promotion period
The Promotion begins October 2, 2026 at 1:58 AM Central Time and ends October 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.
How to enter
Visit https://www.tradepilotusa.com/giveaways/win-1-year-leads-crm and complete the entry form with your first name and a valid email address, confirm you meet the eligibility requirements, and agree to these Official Rules. You must click the confirmation link sent to that email address for your entry to be eligible. No account is required. Limit: one (1) entry per person for the Promotion Period. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means, and entries using multiple or disposable email addresses to exceed the limit, are void.
Bonus entries
After entering you receive a personal referral link. You earn 5 bonus entries for each different eligible person who enters through your link and confirms their email address, up to a maximum of 25 bonus entries. Clicks alone earn nothing. Self-referrals, referrals from the same device or network as the referrer, and referrals that are flagged as fraudulent do not earn bonus entries. Bonus entries are never available for a purchase.
Free method of entry
Entering online is free. Alternatively, you may enter by emailing info@doorplaceusa.com with the subject "Win 1 Year of TradePilot Leads CRM entry" and your name and email address; each such request is treated as one standard entry, subject to the same limits.
Prize
3 prizes: 1 year of TradePilot Leads CRM. Twelve months of the TradePilot Leads CRM module on the winner's TradepilotUSA account. No cash value. Approximate retail value (ARV): $100 each. Software and credit prizes are delivered as access to the winner's TradepilotUSA account, have no cash value, are non-transferable and may not be substituted except by the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner selection and odds
The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time, using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Each eligible entry is one chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner notification and claim
Potential winners are notified by email at the confirmed address and must respond within 7 days and complete any required verification. A potential winner who does not respond, cannot be verified, or is found ineligible forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Verification
Potential winners may be asked to confirm identity, age and residency, and to sign a declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a liability and publicity release. Prizes over $600 in value require a completed IRS Form W-9.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes on their prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
Publicity
The Sponsor will only publish a winner's first name, last initial and state if the winner agrees. Where permitted by law, the full winner list is available on request.
Privacy
Entry information is used to administer this Promotion, prevent fraud, and contact winners, as described in the TradepilotUSA Privacy Policy (https://www.tradepilotusa.com/privacy). Entering does not subscribe you to marketing email. You will only receive TradepilotUSA promotional email if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Fraud and disqualification
The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses automated entries, multiple identities or fake referrals, or otherwise violates these rules, and may void the related entries and bonus entries. The Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may select winners from eligible entries received before the action.
Limitation of liability
By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
